My Approach

I utilized evidenced-based treatment approaches such as:

  • Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT): This approach focuses on one’s learning role in developing both normal and abnormal behaviors.

  • Humanistic therapy. This approach emphasizes one’s capacity to make rational choices and develop to their maximum potential.

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT): DBT can be useful in treating mood disorders, suicidal ideation, and for change in behavioral patterns such as self-harm, and substance abuse.

  • Integrative or holistic therapy. The blended elements from different approaches and tailored treatment according to each client's needs.

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and individuals with attachment issues.
